  Brian's history, like everyone's, has taken many turns. His journey began in Nebraska where he grew up and lived until joining the Air Force at 18. His military career took him to Germany, the first Gulf War, and finished in Southern California, at which point he left, beginning a 14 year career at Sprint. During his last few years there, his journey with coffee began on the sidelines as a new found hobby. Now, he has gone from an average daily coffee drinker to an expert in coffee beans, their origins, and the fine art of roasting. His genuine interest and curiosity has lead him to building his own customer base in, not only custom roasting for his fellow coffee drinkers, but also to distributing green coffee to fellow enthusiasts. His appreciation and "snobiness" for the true flavor of coffee and how that is delicately achieved in roasting techniques is what makes his coffee so smooth, full of flavor, and a pleasure to drink.
